Service Description
If you received one of our invitations though a family member or friend you can book your shoot here. We will call you to ensure you know what you have received. There is fully refundable $75 studio holding deposit is required. Refunded on the day of your shoot. Invitations may have been received though Share the Love promotions, by voting for friends on our website, Facebook promotions, directly from a staff member, and though other mediums such as Instagram or Google. When booking your complimentary invitation please be sure you use the same name and email address of the invitation you received. Alternately, you can call us directly to book you in over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
To Cancel or reschedule your shoot please contact us on (02) 9037 777 or email hello@portraithub.com.au Please included your Booking Name, Your phone Number, Date and Session time. Please note your studio deposit of $75 may be retained if cancelling within 72 hours of your shoot date and time. Weekend appointments are valuable and are our busiest times. You can only reschedule your weekend appointment for another weekend appointment once. After that we wil offer you a weekday appointment only.
