If you purchased a group code you can book your shoot here. FOR FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY and PUBLIC HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS ONLY: A $75 fully refundable studio booking deposit is required for all complimentary shoots held on Saturday's, Sundays and Public Holidays. This can be paid over the phone or though our website. Minimum 72 Hour cancellation notice. THERE IS NO STUDIO HOLDING DEPOSIT PAYABLE MONDAY TO THURSDAY INCLUSIONS: Choose from our family, baby to bump, newborn and couples photo shoot packages. Shoot includes: * Senior Photographer * 1.5 hour studio session (for family and larger groups and newborns please allow up to three hours) * 1 hour viewing and design session after the shoot with our designers * One fully retouched ready to print high resolution digital image, supplied in both colour and black & white * Designated space to relax and prepare for photo shoot * Tea, coffee and other beverages * 15% off extra digital packages ordered on the day A $ 75 fully refundable studio booking deposit is required for all Groupon shoots

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or reschedule your shoot please contact us on (02) 9037 777 or email hello@portraithub.com.au Please included your Booking Name, Your phone Number, Date and Session time. Please note your studio deposit of $75 may be retained if cancelling within 72 hours of your shoot date and time. Weekend appointments are valuable and are our busiest times. You can only reschedule your weekend appointment for another weekend appointment once. After that we wil offer you a weekday appointment only.
